Production Blog

 It's really been a while since I written one of theses blog and still now I'm not used to it. Even though its up to the point of where it haunts me deeply because of the due dates being do close together. Its amazing that I'm still able to keep ahead of them and turn them in on time this is just wonders that happens with a struggling high school student. But anyway if I can bring this conversation to the task at hand I will begin with the production so far for the music video. So far its been coming along greatly and there has yet to be a problem with the planning and the pacing. Of course there were slight issues that happen because of certain group members being unhappy with what others had came up with but that nothing a little talking over can't fix. There were times that we take out huge scenes because they were time consuming and at the time were irreverent now. With the new choices we as a group had made its best to just follow. The beach was one of the locations that we were supposed to film at but that dream had to be cut short because how much our times had change from when we first came up with the idea. So we as a  group agreed that it wasn't worth the effort and struggle to get done. So we agreed on filming everything in a near by park near one of our groupmates houses and that would be the best moving on. We were supposed to be filming Today after school but due to complications with the weather we weren't able too. This of course had set us back a peg but its nothing we cant manage if we get our heads in the game. And overcome the delay and push though to gain the success that we wished for. 

Recently I have been brainstorming ideas that I want to do for the music video and I'll soon be bring it up to the choice of my groupmates. I'm sure they will be quite understanding with this choice/ idea. Talking about it now makes me excited to tell them later.  I'll be the camera women during this production, I realized that I have never mentioned that one and its best to do it now. I'm very excited for the job and from the last assignment I realized that I'm not cut out for the role of an actor. But with that I'll be ending this, I'm really tired and have another assignment to do right after this so this will be my farewell until next time.

 To begin, I'd like to acknowledge that filming began and concluded today, and I couldn't be happy than I am right now. Now that it's over, I'm relieved of a lot of worry, and I'm looking forward to seeing everything edited. When we were trying to film, there were a lot of stressful and annoying moments, but I'm glad we were able to get through them. There have been so many issues involving groupmates being irritated by one another, and I'm glad we can finally get this resolved. I really didn't like staying after school to go to the park to film but hey it got the job done and I barely made it home before the sun went down so it was a win win. On both sides I'm sure all groupmates felt the same way about our plans on filming.  Props - For this music video, we decided on going for a story that follows a group of friends that slowly fall apart as one person drifts away. Since we want to capture a scene with the friends on the beach, beach towels, hats and beach balls will be present. Costumes - This part will be very easy in our opinion as we will have regular swimming wear or just causal clothing. Though their will be scenes that won't be on the beach so their might be changes in clothing. For the swimming wear, it will completely up to the actors of what they are comfortable on wearing this shoot. Nothing to covered or revealing will be disagreed upon as the actors concern worths more. I'm sure most outfits people would chose are short pants with a t-shirt.
