Hello! Seeing as though we need a certain type of genre for our final task, my group an I had a dissuasion about it. We have different ideas in mind. One of those being a thriller. One of the main points of a thriller is to have the viewer at the edge of their seat. It needs to be exciting and or suspenseful. Some of the common camera angles that are present in a thriller are high angles, low angles, canted angles, wide shots, close ups and extreme close up among others. All of these angles can be used to create the suspense that is usually present in most thrillers. Some Mis-en scenes that are used in a thriller is for one the use of lighting. To make the viewer feel suspense the lighting would be more darker and not brightly lit. Also there will mostly be a setting that would make the viewer nervous.
