 1.      How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues?

Crayola as a product helps bring color to the greyness of the world as a whole, It gives us a way of expressing ourselves. I'm sure a lot can agree that the use of Crayola in our children's lives gives them a sense of being able to create. And this isn't just for children it can be for adults and teenagers as well. Their a lot of artist that still used Crayola as a way of coloring their works. Some might do it for remembrance, a way to reconnect with their inner child or others would just like the texture Crayola products give them.

2. How does your product engage with audiences AND how would it be distributed as a real media text?

Crayola as a whole does great engaging with its audiences as they try to make sure that their product can fit the needs of all. Like even having the option of buying Adult Crayola products if the children one doesn't fit the needs they need. Crayola Adult Markers as an example has a lot of differences than the regular brand, like with the extent color wheel and chemical that gives a better radiant. Some people would think that Crayola doesn't live up to what they claim they do and often say they like other kinds of coloring. Most of time these can be understandable but other times people still view it as a children toy.

3.      3. How did your production skills develop throughout this project? There were type of things that I didn't expected jumping into this assignment, especially things I thought I understood. I was proven wrong with the amount of mistakes I made when going into this. I was able to learn different angles and times they seem fit to be added. Editing wasn't something I took a huge part it but  the with the amount of times we have to scrap bad clips became awful. But my ability to cut down clips got really better during this assignment and when they needed to make a clean production.

4. How did you integrate technologies – software, hardware and online – in this project? It was really hard at first we need a software that didn't leave a watermark and it needed to be free. But when finding this the process became really easy, we used sony pro for the editing. As for the camera we just used a Phone camera since we had nothing on hand but it was good enough to get the job done. We also used out phones mic for some voiceovers that were going to be clips but they got scraped. Kinda wished we used them but its fine really, nothing we really miss. Special Offers Special Offers | crayola.com
